Dear Liverpool City Council,

Please note in your response dated 30 September 2021 to FOI7188007/IR that you state LCC had made:

“25 loans to third party organisations.”

Now after you telling me that LCC had made these loans and grants, you are now saying that you don't know what I am on about? How very strange?

I did email Dan Fenwick about this, but as per usual he ignores the Council's statutory responsibilities and has ignored this issue.

Yours sincerely,

John Hanlon

Liverpool City Council

Dear Mr Hanlon
Your original request did not refer to any previous response from the
council.

Having looked at the case you refer to, it is still not clear what the 25
grants and loans you refer to are.

Could you please specify what the grants and loans were so that we can
respond to your request.

Yours sincerely

Dear Liverpool City Council,

For the purpose of clarity, it's the 25 grants/loans to third party organisations which you referred me to, not the other way around.

Yours sincerely,

John Hanlon
