Liverpool Local Plan 2018
Dear Planning Inspectorate,
RE: Policy H10 2(b) Conversion of Dwellings and Buildings of the emerging Liverpool Local Plan.
Please can you provide information on the weighting of the specific above mentioned policy of the emerging Liverpool Local Plan.
Although there are general comments made by yourself to some parts of Policy H10, there is no specific objections/comments made in relation to Policy H10 2b.
Simple put, what weight can be given to this policy given the stage it is at?
Thank you very much in advance.
Yours faithfully,
John Hanlon

Dear Mr Hanlon
Thank you for your further request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 on the Liverpool Local Plan.
In the first instance, I would refer you to my response sent earlier today on your previous query. In addition, I can say that the weight, if any, that can be given to any emerging Local Plan is a matter for the decision maker's discretion. Generally more weight can be attributed to policies the more advanced they are in the process. In addition, the weight which can be attached to an emerging policy will significantly increase if the examining Inspector has issued a report which concludes that the policy is sound.
A copy of our internal review process is attached.
Yours sincerely
Aggie Lewis-Jones
