Stratton Playing Field, Buckskin, Basingstoke and Beggarwood Park, Hatch
Warren, Basingstoke, and various locations in Kingsclere are covered by
Public Space Protection Orders (PSPOs). This increases the fixed penalty
fine for dog fouling to £75 and requires dogs to be kept on a lead when
directed to do so by an authorised council officer. For further

£50 or £75 where under a PSPO.

Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council owns 34 parks across the Borough
that meet our definition of a park, in addition to other green spaces.
This does not include those    under Parish Council ownership.
