Dear HM Revenue and Customs,
In a Finance Bill Sub-Committee meeting on Monday 10 February 2020 at 16:34, Meredith McCammond, Technical Officer for LITRG said "We've had lots of meetings with HMRC about the loan charge"
How many meetings have HMRC had with the Low Incomes Tax Reform Group regarding the loan charge (after November 1 2019) and which HMRC departments had attendees at the meetings?
I also request the dates and agenda of the meetings and if possible the minutes of the meetings

Dear Ms Pugh,

Thank you for your communication of 23rd February which has been passed to
HMRC's Freedom of Information Team.
We have allocated the above reference which you should quote if you need
to contact us.
The Team will arrange for a reply to be sent to you which will either
comply with HMRC's obligations under Freedom of Information Act or, if we
think it's an enquiry that we don't need to address under the terms of the
Act, let you know why. If it is the latter we will, if possible, pass it
on to a more appropriate part of the Department for answer.
