To the FoI team of the London Borough of Camden,
Per section 36(6) Highways Act 1980, each Highways Authority has to maintain an official list of “highways maintainable at the public expense”. This typically includes the road name, reference number and a description of the start and end points.

Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I would like to a request a copy of this data, preferably in a tabular format like a Microsoft Excel document, to be supplied.

I understand such information may contain errors or omissions, and that the information may not be accurate. Furthermore, I would like to ask the council to consider releasing this data under the Open Government Licence version 3 (OGLv3), following the guidance of The Re-use of Public Sector Information Regulations 2015.

Kind regards,
Kaveh Kordestani
