I write to acknowledge your application to East Riding of Yorkshire
Council for access to information under the above Act, the details of
which are set out below.

Request:

I wish to make a formal request under the Freedom of Information Act to
obtain information for school cluster groups/federations/consortia/MAT's
including if available, the cluster chairs that are within each group in
your local authority.

Please advise the following information please:

- The name of each cluster group/federation/consortia/MAT, how many
schools are comprised within them, and the school names.

- Contact information for the cluster chairs or coordinators. Failing
that, the name of the lead school.

- The name and contact details of the Local Education Officer

You have a right to have the existence of the information requested either
confirmed or denied unless the Council claims an Absolute Exemption. 
Officers are currently establishing whether the information requested is
held and I will write to you with the council’s response by 28 September
2023 which is 20 working days following receipt of your request.

If in the meantime you have any queries regarding your application please
