Please could you provide a current list of all COMAH registered sites in the UK together with license renewal dates for each site.

    The Control of Major Accident Hazard (COMAH) establishments are not
required to be Licensed. The Notification process for COMAH Sites is
explained on the Health and Safety Executive
website at [1]http://www.hse.gov.uk/comah/notification....
Obviously, because there are no Licenses I cannot offer you data on
renewals of Licenses.
 
However,
    Please find attached the latest update of the requested information on
COMAH Sites, Top and Lower Tier, public information. This information is
subject to frequent change. It was last updated for October 2012 with the
next update being December 2012, this will be available via myself.
 
The Information is free as it forms part of the Public Register of Major
Hazard Sites. The information supplied is in accordance with our Security
Services guidance on release.
 
This data does not include sites in Northern Ireland this is available @

1.      List of Top Tier Control of Major Accident Hazard (COMAH)
establishments, and

2.      The date the Safety Report was last Submitted to HSE for
Assessment.
