List of Councillors that remained in office 2003-2007

Roedd y cais yn llwyddiannus.

Dear Stirling Council,

I am a final year undergraduate at Lancaster University. I am undertaking a dissertation of which I am focusing the topic upon the impact of electoral reform on campaign strategy in regard to Scottish Local Elections. I have viewed multiple websites in an attempt to discover which councillors were in office pre-electoral reform (2003) and remained incumbent following the move to STV, post electoral reform (2007). In addition to this, if this information is available, I would like to know the names of the councillors that lost their position following the change to a more representative system, therefore, in office 2003-2007. If possible, contact details for these individuals would be greatly appreciated.
I aim to analyse this information to develop a pattern to assist my research.

Yours faithfully,

Rebecca Pilkington
