Please note that there continues to be some disruption to the day-to-day
service you will receive from the Housing Operations Service due to Covid
19 restrictions.

We have put arrangements in place to allow us to continue to respond to
enquiries, but some changes have had to be made to protect vulnerable
clients and to maintain social distance in order to keep the public,
contractors and staff safe.  This continues to affect the processing of
grant and loan applications and other work areas, such as housing
enforcement.

All officers have full access to emails but there may be delay in
accessing post.

We shall return to normal service when conditions allow, but thank you for
your patience and understanding in the meantime
