Can I have a list off all the medical centres NHS Scotland runs, with preferably the name, location, max capacity of patients, the special departments that are ran at that building e.g. Cardiac Surgery, Neurosurgery, Traumatology and so on and so forth.

I can confirm that NSS Information Service does not hold a
list with the information you requested, included here as follows:

For the reason that we do not hold the information to
match what is in your request. we consider that an exemption applies,
under the Freedom of Information Scotland Act 2002. The exemption we
consider to apply is the section 17(1) – information not held.

As part of the September 2018 Acute Hospital Care and NHS Beds Information
publication, ISD Scotland has released annual statistics to year ending
March 2018.
The annual activity statistics include information on:
