Dear Mr Olive

Freedom of Information Act 2000 – Information Request - 001764/17

With regard to your Freedom of Information request received on 23 October
2017, please find our response attached and below.

I would be grateful if you would supply a list of addresses for current
HMO licensed properties in the Hull HU6 area including the

name(s) and correspondence address(es) for the owners.

In accordance with Section 17 of the Freedom of Information Act, the
Council is required to inform you that some of the information on the
enclosed document has not been provided and has been withheld due to the
following exemption under the Act.

Section 40 – Personal Information

It is considered that this exemption under Section 40(2) of the Act
applies, namely that some of the information is personal information and
all personal details are protected under the Data Protection Act 1998
legislation.  The Council cannot disclose personal information where to do
so would breach any of the data protection principles.

In this case, we consider that to release the names and home address of
individuals that are Landlords cannot be justified and consent would not
be given therefore disclosure would breach the rights of these individuals
under the Act.

Although information supplied in response to your request may be in
Microsoft Excel format please feel free to contact us should you wish the
information to be supplied in an alternative more readable/reusable format

We hope that you will be satisfied with our response and should you
