Please provide all records and information on ‘Cllr. Ann Byrne’ with the following freedom of information request.

1/ Supply the reason the police were called in at a ward meeting with regards to Cllr O’Byrne attacking and fighting with another councilor.

2/ Please supply all involvement with a number of jobs given to Cllr O’Byrne’s family in a council run car park (The Beautiful ideas Company) that involved the ‘Flanagan Group- Erika Ruston and Cllr Nick Small.

3/ Please supply as to why both Cllr O’Byrne and Nick Kavanagh have not made public the accounts of the ‘Liverpool Markets Ltd and mismanagement of missing funds.

4/ Please supply or explain why the company ‘Liverpool Markets Ltd has been put into the hands of the Liquidators in London?

5/ Please supply the details and information on why Cllr O’Byrne was still working on the ‘Coconut Grove Project in 2016 with NPG Ltd who was in a ongoing partnership with the LCC and the Mayor of Liverpool, despite being told off by, Cllr Gary Millar that NPG Ltd was a scam and had ripped off overseas investors in ‘Hong Kong’..

Cllr Gary Millar had told her [‘O’Byrne] to walk away, she did not according to these e-mails which need to be published by the national press, and not your 'Liverpool Echo' with [Liam Thorp] a reporter who had seen these e-mails and decided to hush them all up.
