Please provide me with Lightning Protection Test Results in pdf format for the past 20 years at the DCCC County Hall HQ.
Also please provide me with pdf copies of the Public Liability Insurance Certificates for the 6 PFI Schools in Exeter.Namely St Peters,St Lukes,West Ext,Wynstream,Isca,Priory.

Thank you for your response which has stated your refusal to comply withthe FOI Act is based upon my Request is VEXATIOUS.
No person applying a right and proper mind could say my request was vexatious, as I am raising lifethreatening dangers.
I do not accept either that your recent review of your decision is compliant to the FOI Act because the review was NOT independent.
