1. How many applications for normal review (not expedited reviews or reviews following a closure order) were made in 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017 for:
a) Public houses
b) Bars (not traditional public houses e.g. wine bars)
c) Nightclubs
d) Off-licences
e) Restaurants
f) Premises which do not sell alcohol
g) Other (please specify)
