In reviewing your request I consider that you are seeking guidance and advice. Therefore, can you please advise what relevant recorded information you feel the Council holds.

What the council do is use a single form for as many people who haven't "paid" and use this bulk hearing process to get the "order". It's just business administration process and no "trail" is ever held for a single individual. The court then sends the council this single warrant a long with the warrant card. Court judgements are meant to be listed and registered, for obvious reasons, on trustonline.org.uk. Council tax/bills judgments aren't registered at all, wonder why?. l have saw an original judgment for council tax/bill form, it was for over 200 odd people and the defended was nobody. These single bulk hearing orders are granted under the Act of Sederunt. Yet they never follow the rules of the act of sederunt. If you have no due process of law? then you automatically have no justice.
