LGBCE warding submission
Dear Newham Borough Council,
(a) Please could I have a copy of the draft Ward Patterning Submission considered by the Boundary Commission Committee in their meeting of 29 July 2019. I note that this may be different to the final submission subsequently sent to the LGBCE dated 15 August 2019.
(b) Please could I have a Microsoft Word format (or similar) if possible (i.e. not the publicly available PDF on the LGBCE's website) of the final submission sent to the LGBCE, dated 15 August 2019. (If easier, you can omit the last page with the map).
(c) Please could I have a copy of any other written documents, proposals or official comments, circulated to members of the Boundary Commission Committee during, or in preparation of, the meeting of 29th July 2019 that mention the word "Maryland".
(d) Please could you confirm the total number of members of the Boundary Commission Committee in July and August 2019 who are Councillors for any of the following wards:
- Forest Gate North,
- Forest Gate South,
- Stratford & New Town,
- Manor Park.
Yours faithfully,
D Nazarian

Dear Newham Borough Council,
Your response to my query of 12 September is now overdue. By law you are required to respond promptly.
Feel free to respond to different parts the request separately. Parts (a) and (b) should be relatively easy to satisfy today, and I’d have thought part (d) isn’t too difficult either.
I would be satisfied with a response to (c) next week.
Yours faithfully etc.
