Lfga 1888

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Cambridgeshire County Council should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear Cambridgeshire County Council,

Local Government Act 1888, sections 79, (2) "All duties and
liabilities of the inhabitants of a county shall become and be
duties and liabilities of the council of such county"

Can you send me the forms to fill in so l can pass over all my
liabilities to the council. Including, but not limited to, credit
cards, council tax liabilities, utility liabilities, bank debts,
and other duties and liabilities will follow.

Could Cambirdge county concil state how they adhere to this legislation (Lfga1888) if you dont hold the information .

We also ask if you ( cambridge county council ) dont hold the information then who or what department does as we belive your legal team should hold all legal information .

We also make it clear contract with a P.O box is not possible, would you provide the name of your legal employee so we can write to them directly .

Dear FOI,

As cambridge county council have stated they dont hold information in regard to legislation then could you state how chris maylon (cfo 151officer) performs in his duty?

It should be noted cambridge county council have computers in their office, it is also duly noted via the councils own documentaion that legislation can be found on line .

Therefore please have your legal team supply all documentation and forms so i can transfer all duties and liablities as laid out in legislation
