‘An analysis of air quality data to determine the impact of the London LEZ – 2004 to 2008’ by AEA dated January 2010 (33 pages)

‘(Category 3 Air Quality Monitoring) Analysis of Air Quality Date – LEZ Year 1 (2008/09) Results by King’s College London and the University of Leeds dated May 2009 (119 pages);

If these are already available on-line I would be grateful for a link so that I may access them.
