I write in response to your email of 16 October 2018 in which you
submitted a request for information to the Information Commissioner’s
Office (ICO). Your request has been dealt with in accordance with the
Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA).

I can confirm we hold the information you have requested.
 
Please find attached a csv list of the universities that we wrote to and a
copy of the letter that was sent to these universities.

Review Procedure

If you are not satisfied that your request for information has been dealt
