Letter to the Treasury Select Committee from the PRA

The request was partially successful.

Dear House of Commons,

I understand that the Treasury Select Committee wrote to the Prudential Regulation Authority (PRA) about Lloyds Bank enhanced capital notes (ECNs), and has been waiting a reply, which has now probably arrived, since the PRA has recently replied to other people on this topic. I request to see a copy of this reply, being partiularly interested in what the PRA says about a possible capital disqualification event (CDE).

Yours faithfully,

Stephen Wynn
