Dear Lothian & Borders Fire Brigade,
Can you confirm whether there has been any correspondence between
Lothian and Borders Fire Brigade and Forth Energy, Forth Ports, Scottish and Southern
Energy, or agents acting on behalf of any of the above companies,
with regards the use of heat produced by a proposed biomass plant
on Leith Docks in properties owned, or rented, by Lothian and Borders Fire Brigade?
If there has been correspondence on this subject, please tell me
the addresses of the properties that this correspondence relates
to.
