Susan Anne Marie Stalsberg

Dear Liverpool City Council,

I wish to point out that this is an urgent Health and Safety request.

Could you please provide the following information.

Within LCC who is responsible for the monitoring of all legally required Fire Risk Assessments on the hundreds if not thousands of multiple buildings in Liverpool?

Legally Fire Risk Assessments should be taken out on multiple buildings every 2/3 years (Every year on high tower type buildings!) depending on the age and size of the multiple building. With this in mind what do LCC actually do to make sure that all legally required FRA take place within the legally required time frame that ensures the Health and Safety of all residents who reside in multiple buildings?

Yours Sincerely
S. Stalsberg

Susan Anne Marie Stalsberg

Dear Liverpool City Council,

I am requesting an internal review into your totally unacceptable handling of my FOI request titled "Legally required Fire Risk Assessments" . The request was sent as an urgent request to you on the 11th May 2020 and having sent two further late reminder notices under the FOI act which have been ignored. Why the delay?

My FOI request is not one that would take up time collating the information required. It is a pretty straight forward question regarding a serious topic that should have a legally required protocol response already available.

Why is this request being ignored when I have made recent FOI requests that have been answered within 4 days? One in particular which I will be resubmitting.

Yours Sincerely
S. Stalsberg
