I write further to your e-mail received by the Council on 18/07/16 where
you made the following request for information.

 

Request; I would like to know if the small section of what appears to be a
footpath, immediately outside the front door of 5 Stow Close,
Brandlesholme, Bury is an adopted or unadopted footpath, has any permitted
public access rights, or is wholly owned by the freeholder of the title
for said property (i.e private property).

 

Response; I can confirm the footway of Stow Close, Bury, including the
area outside No. 5 is adopted highway.
