Legal Qualifications Of Enforcement Manager/Officer
Dear LiveWest,
My questions arise from communications from, an employee of LiveWest, namely Debbie Shaw whom is described as an Enforcement Manager. Unfortunately, I cannot find any mention of Debbie's qualifications publicly .
Please can you tell me what level of legal knowledge (if any) is required by LiveWest in the recruitment of "Enforcement Managers" or "Enforcement Officers"?
Specifically, do the "Enforcement " roles require a legal qualification and if yes, to what level i.e. degree, level 3, certifications etc? Are employees and potential employees required to have certified knowledge of the law around Housing and the implementation of the Equality Act 2010.
If the roles do indeed have a requirement for accredited legal qualifications, are they verified by LiveWest?
