S Kerr (Ataliwyd y cyfrif)

Dear Scottish Parliament,

Per the Freedom of information Scotland Act 2002 please provide me with the following information contained in your records:

I note from another FOiSA response from The Scottish Parliament that you not hold recorded Information on the process by which 'non-primary caregivers' can report abuse of their children.

Per:

https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/f...

Please advise then the official process in law where a non-primary caregiver reports false, vexatious and libellous about a non-abusing primary caregiver of child(ren) and has then arrested, charged and put through the criminal justice system (acquittal achieved, but not without detriment) and embarks on coercive control of said children as another form domestic abuse and coercive control over an ex-partner when Police Scotland will not act any legitimate reports of said criminal activity.

Yours faithfully,

S Kerr

S Kerr (Ataliwyd y cyfrif)

Dear Scottish Parliament,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Scottish Parliament's handling of my FOI request 'Legal Process available to non primary care giver making false allegations against the primary care giver of Child(ren)'.

I am dissatisfied with this response, as the Scottish Parliament actually create the law and legislation, therefore if you no not hold any records appertaining to this request, then this is an area that the Scottish Parliament are now knowingly failing the citizens that represent. False allegations are a very serious matter indeed and cause lives just as COVID is.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/l...

Yours faithfully,

S Kerr

Gadawodd S Kerr (Ataliwyd y cyfrif) anodiad ()

Mr Henry clearly has no cognisance of the matter at hand here, however both Scottish Parliament, and Scottish Government know very well. His annotations are now vexatious and harassment, for simply exercising my right to request.
