Further to your application to access information under the Freedom of
Information Act (Our Ref. 3376) please find our response below.   Please
accept my apologies for our slightly overdue response.

1.            What organisation(s) is/are the registered legal owner of
the land and buildings at the Airedale General Hospital site? e.g. is it
Airedale NHS Foundation Trust, a subsidiary organisation, or another
separate organisation entirely? Please provide me with the exact legal
name of the owning organisation(s).

The legal owner is Airedale NHS Foundation Trust however certain areas of
the land and buildings have been leased to the Trust’s wholly owned
subsidiary AGH Solutions for 25 years from the 1st March 2018.

2.            Are there any legal covenants attached to the land and
buildings at the Airedale General Hospital site? Please provide a list of
the restrictions and/or obligations of any covenants in force, including
the exact wording of the covenants.

This information is already available to the public and does not therefore
need to be disclosed in response to an FOI request as per S 21(2) of the
FOI Act.

3.            Can you please provide me with copies of the Title Deeds for
