between the Office of Rail and Road (ORR) and various other governmental

We had one, in 2018; an appeal against a decision notice issued by the
Information Commissioner, regarding our handling of an FoI request. The

The Information Commissioner’s Office is an independent regulator with
statutory functions to make binding decisions against public authorities
in respect of FOIA.
