To provide all of the information you have requested would involve a
detailed examination of our records - and our trusted partners’ records –
and we estimate that to comply with your request in full would exceed the
appropriate limit under section 12 of the Act. However, we do hold some
summary information as part of our records of our Audit Committee, and I
have provided extracts from the litigation reports to those meetings which
show litigation within the scope of your request at the time of the
meeting. Where records have been omitted for a particular year, the
minutes did not include any litigation reports within the scope of your
request.

If you are not satisfied with my response, you may complain or appeal our
decision, which will be investigated through an Internal Review. If you
are not content with the outcome of the Internal Review, you have the
right to refer your complaint directly to the Information Commissioner for
a decision. Please note that the Information Commissioner cannot make a
decision unless you have first exhausted our own complaints procedure.
