Mae'r ymateb i'r cais hwn yn hwyr iawn. Yn ôl y gyfraith, ym mhob amgylchiad, dylai Scottish Legal Aid Board fod wedi ymateb erbyn hyn. (manylion). Gallwch gwyno drwy yn gofyn am adolygiad mewnol.

Dear Scottish Legal Aid Board,

Please answer the following questions:

1. Is the Scottish Legal Aid Fund, funded by the Public Purse?

2. Are corporate sector legal firms the gatekeepers to the Legal Aid Fund; in that a citizen cannot gain access to this public fund, without the authority, at source, of a corporate legal firm?

3. Which condition-specific, empirical testing method/s is utilised to assure the public that no member of the "Board" - that is any member of the Scottish Legal Aid Board - is a reasonable-minded person, as demanded by law, and is not in fact a high-level, psychopath?

4. Does the Scottish Legal Aid Board make use of the B-Scan 360 test to ensure that no bullying psychopath is employed within its workforce?

Yours faithfully,

Peter McNab
