Dear Legal Aid Agency,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information appeals.

I am writing to request an appeal of Legal Aid Agency's handling of my FOI request 'Legal Aid Costs'.

Thank you for your reply.
I would wish to appeal simply because I am not asking for any personal data so prejudice would not exist.
In the MMR litigation 2004 the Legal Aid costs were released into the very public domain mid court proceedings and not to do so now would be prejudiced to my rights and freedoms and legitimate interests.
Under general public interest in accountability and transparency, I believe the public is entitled to be informed about the legal aid costs relating to this case.

Yours Faithfully
