Lease holders responsibilities

Mae'r ymateb i'r cais hwn yn hwyr iawn. Yn ôl y gyfraith, ym mhob amgylchiad, dylai British Waterways Board fod wedi ymateb erbyn hyn. (manylion). Gallwch gwyno drwy yn gofyn am adolygiad mewnol.

Dear British Waterways Board,
could you please provide details of the lease between BW and the lease holder of Gunthorpe marina, Notts. Particularly what facilities are to be provided to berth holders regarding health and safety, fire regulations, rubbish disposal and toilet facilities etc. Also how many berths are available at this location. There is also a tow path that is a public right of way along the river bank. Can the lease holder refuse the general public access along the towpath that is part of the leased property. How long do the lease holders have the lease for.
will it be offered out to tender when the lease expires

Yours faithfully,
Mr C Baranowski

I suspect that BWB won't hold this information any more: their English canals and rivers were transferred to Canal & River Trust in July.
