LCCC Enforcement, Policies, Procedures and Guidelines

We're waiting for REGINALD CLARK to read recent responses and update the status.

Dear Lisburn and Castlereagh City Council,

I would like the rules, guidelines, procedures and policies that the LCCC Planning Enforcement uses to determine breaches or violations of planning control.

I would like to know exactly what criteria is used to determine when and if an enforcement decision is going to be approved or rejected.
