Latest RTB (Sales & Valuations)& Current Camden Council Housing Stock Inventory List

We're waiting for Tariq Qureshi to read a recent response and update the status.

Dear Camden Borough Council,

I would like the latest list of all Right To Buy (RTB) Sales & Valuations from as far back as possible up till today (especially incl. from March 20 up till now - but earlier as well if possible), as well as also, a current full Camden Council Housing stock inventory of all current council homes / properties.

For the avoidance of doubt, this should ideally include:

- All and every appropriate and relevant Camden RTB recorded Sale and Valuation recorded over the submitted period. With each sale and valuation classified by the type of home (e.g. House or Flat), Number of bedrooms in the home, Post Code / District (is also key).

- A list / inventory of all / every Camden Council Home in Camden's current stock homes. Again this list should be classified by the type of home (e.g. House or Flat), Number of bedrooms in the home, Post Code / District.

If only, in the case that you CANNOT include everything as stipulated above, then at the very least I would still like all of the above information incl. again for the longest time period possible incl. from March 20 till now, BUT this can be only for all 3 PLUS BED Council - homes and flats (including RTB ); if further needs be, this can also be limited to just the Camden Town And Primrose Hill Ward (this is key).

I note a a very similar recent request (8th Dec'20) from another inquisitor and Camden's reply to that request with referral for him to a previous Camden Council submission of data (incl. Cam213); see both links below. But please note: that referred to data - already provided by Camden for this and others similar FOIs and their replies all available on Camden's OpenData interface - from what I can see, either only show data for valuations and sales of homes/flats that do not cover the full period I need, and / or, also, they only relate to 1 or 2 bed FLATS and not to 3 plus bed HOMES as well; which I also need and am most focused on!
