Landscape Assessment Qualifications.
Dear East Riding of Yorkshire Council,
Please find below our request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
1/ We would like to know What Formal Qualifications ERYC Planning Officers have that are specifically related to Landscape Character Assessment, enabling such comment as "wouldn’t significantly diminish the intrinsic character of the area" on planning applications?
2/ How Many Planning Officers in ERYC Have Such Specific Landscape Character Assessment Qualifications and What Are They?
3/ Are There Any Other Departments in ERYC That Have Officers Specifically Qualified in Landscape Character Assessment, if so What Are These Qualifications?
4/ What Department & Who is The Responsible & Specifically Qualified Officer Who Assesses Any Damage That May be Caused to Landscape Character When Dealing With Planning Applications & What Are Their Specific Qualifications?
Many thanks in advance for your answers to my questions.
Yours faithfully,
Steve Hey
