This is a formal request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
Could you please provide:

1) A complete list of all developed land that the college owns, including the postcode of each landholding.
2) A complete list of all the properties that the college owns, including the postcode and address of each property.
3) For each entry of land and property, the UPRN (Unique Property Reference Number)
4) For each property, the current use (e.g. student housing, retail, agricultural) and landholding status

If you are to invoke Section 43 to withhold information in relation to any of these questions please note you must provide details of the exact FOIA exemption, details of who would be prejudiced by this information, and a public interest test justifying a conclusion with arguments for and against the release of the information.

If you are to invoke Section 12 to withhold information in relation to any of these questions please provide details of how locating, retrieving and extracting this information would exceed the appropriate limit of £450 as set out in the Freedom of Information and Data Protection (Appropriate Limit and Fees) Regulations 2004. Please also be aware of your duty under section 16 (1) of the Act to advise and assist me in narrowing my request to bring it within the appropriate limit.

This information is exempt under section 21 of the Act.  Under section 16
of the Act it may assist you to know that these may be obtained via the HM
Land Registry.

 

4)      For each property, the current use (e.g. student housing, retail,
agricultural) and landholding status

·       See answer to Question 1) above, and under section 16 of the Act
it may assist you to know that additional information is exempt under
section 21 of the Act as it is either available on the College’s website,
or it may be obtained via the HM Land Registry.

 

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the request please request an
internal review of the decision.  If, after following those procedures you
are still not satisfied with the way in which your request has been dealt
with you may apply directly to the Information Commissioner for a
decision.  Generally, the Commissioner will not entertain your complaint
unless you have exhausted any relevant internal review procedures.
