Can you please confirm the date when your price of a highways search was increased from £30 to £60.
Our response is as follows:

The responsibility for Highways searches has been taken over by our Planning Department (Land Searches). The cost of this search is under review and will be raised from £30 to £60 in due course and the new charge will be published on our website. We apologise if you have been over-charged and any monies due to you will be refunded.

thank you for confirming unfortunately we are still being charged 60.00 and I have checked website and still advertised as 30.00. I Contacted Mukuka Ntalasha
Planning Support Officer
Directorate of Regeneration, Enterprise and Skills
on the 07.11.2019 to inform her we had been overcharged and she forwarded onto her Manager Pam Ryatt and she has yet to respond we continue to pay 60 as I would therefore appreciate if you could liase with these people and ensure we are issued a refund
