I am writing in response to your request dated 25^th October 2019.  This
has been dealt with under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

The response to your specific questions is set out below:

 

1.       Is the land behind the above properties a 'no go area' for
Kirklees Neighbourhood Housing?

 

The information requested on the land behind the above properties is not
held

 

2.       Please supply ACCURATE data on the number of times a site
inspection has taken place, month on month, year on year since 2015

 

Kirklees Neighbourhood Housing (KNH) only hold inspection records for
designated assets, such as property, paths and access roads, the land
referred to is not a designated asset and so no records are available.

 

If you are not content with the handling of your request, you have the
right to ask for an internal review.  Requests for internal reviews should
be submitted within 2 months of the date of receipt of the response to
your original request and should be addressed to the Monitoring Officer,
1^st Floor, Civic Centre 3, Market Street, Huddersfield HD1 2EY.
