Land at the Junction of Killiard Lane and Billinge End Road Blackburn
Dear Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council,
Does the council own the land at the junction of Killiard Lane and Billinge End Road in Blackburn, more specifically the unregistered triangular plot centred around National Grid Reference SD 6528 3225.
If so can the council provide copy deeds to show this as the land is currently not registered as a property of the council with the Land Registry.
Yours faithfully,
Jacob Lewis
