Knife crime victim backgrounds

The request was refused by Mayor's Office for Policing and Crime.

Paul CHAPLIN-STEPHENS

Dear Mayor’s Office for Policing and Crime,
I would like to know the backgrounds of victims of knife crime in London during the past year. In the light of the dramatic headlines that often accompany such incidents, it would be helpful and reassuring for the public to know the extent to which victims, particularly victims of fatalities, are involved in gang feuds and more specifically links with substance abuse and related crime.

Yours faithfully,

Paul Chaplin-Stephens
