Keys to bollards/gates in LTNs

Can you confirm whether London Ambulance Services vehicles (including ambulance crews, paramedics and rapid response vehicles) carry GERDA, FB or other keys to unlock bollards, gates or padlocks, such as those installed in “low traffic neighbourhoods” across London.
