Dear Stoke on Trent City Council,

CN you please advise on the status of SOT-101146, the request is for the minutes of a joint Council meeting so should be readily available, as was the case when previously handle by Newcastle, who have advised the City Council is now handling the administration of the meetings.

Please provide asap or make available online, on Council Committee website.

Yours faithfully,

Dear Stoke on Trent City Council,

SOT-101146 is now a month overdue, I understand certain things may be taking longer then normal, but this should be simple request for minutes that should be readily available and available to the public.

Yours faithfully,

ian norris

Dear Stoke on Trent City Council,

This request is now over a month overdue, I have requested updates and have not received any response.

As similar request was handled extremely quick and efficiently by the last administration of this Joint Authorities Group, I now sadly find myself need to request an internal review.

Yours faithfully,

Ian Norris
