Dear Dr Mukherjee ,

Thank you for your Freedom of Information request (our ref 266). Please
find below our response:

1.       Please provide a copy of your Trust's Consultant Psychiatrist Job
Planning Policy.

Response: We don’t have a job planning policy specific to our trust but
are currently using A Guide to Consultant Job Planning agreed by BMA and
NHS Employers.

2.       Of all the new consultants employed by the Trust in the last 10
years, please inform how many  of them had their job planning done in 1
month, 3 months, 6 months and 1 year?

Response: The Trust does not hold this information. The software used
(Allocate) does not provide this report.
