The Tate Gallery,

I would like to make an information request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000. My data requests are as follows:

(a) Please could you tell me how many paintings or artefacts by the artist Jack Vettriano have been purchased and held in the Tate Collection.

(b) Please could you tell me how many paintings or artefacts by the artist Jack Vettiano have been donated or loaned to the Tate Collection.

(c) Whether there is a Tate Gallery Board policy document that cover an acquisition policy and process in fulfilement of the Section 2 (2) of the Museum and Gallaries Act 1992, which states:

"So far as practicable and subject to the provisions of this Act, the Tate Gallery Board shall maintain a collection of British works of art and of documents relating to those works, and a collection of Twentieth Century and contemporary works of art and of documents relating to those works"

If so, may I have a pdf copy of that policy/process document.

If this request is subject to a Section 12 response, please could you provide me with advise as to how the costs would break down.
