maintenance contract in place.

Laptop and Desktops are replaced on a 5 year rolling replacement cycle,
however we are currently replacing all desktop equipment with laptops.
 Half the fleet of MFD’s are due to be replaced with financial year, with
the rest due for replacement in 22/23, however due to an accommodation
project this year’s replacement has been paused.

The devices are deployed around the council campus which is two main
sites, most devices are located at the main campus, with a smaller number
of devices located at a depot location.
