Dear Birmingham City Council,

I am writing to request further information under the Freedom of Information Act on your council’s spend on IT to support the Personalisation Agenda.

· Could you inform me of the organisation that you used to create your citizen portal to enable Personalisation?

· When the council purchased the solution?

· How much the council have paid over the life of the contract in terms of the product support and any associated services?

· When is the contract expiry date?

Kind Regards,

Nathan Bransden
