1. The project name or main purpose or brief description:
Microsoft EES Agreement (software licensing agreement for Microsoft software in use across the College).

2. The value of the contract:
In accordance with section 43, it is considered that this information is exempt from the Freedom of Information Act on the grounds that complying with the request would prejudice or would be likely to prejudice the commercial interests of the contractor, however I can confirm that the annual value was between £40,000 -£50,000 exc vat.

3. The suppliers who tendered:
Pugh Computers and SBL Softbox submitted tender responses.

4. The name of any framework used, if any:
Crescent Purchasing Consortium Software Licence Resellers – FE Colleges (lot 1 - Microsoft)

5. The appointed supplier:
Pugh Computers

6. The rationale as to why the supplier was appointed:
Pugh Computer's tender submission was considered the most economically advantageous proposal in terms of the award criteria of overall cost, quality and service.
