Dear Anita Tanner
Re: Request for information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000
Your request for information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 has
now been considered.
We note that your enquiry is largely similar to enquiries made by
Whatdotheyknow lodged by both Katy Levine and L E Rela within the last
year. Our responses to these were provided under reference CAS-171479 on
9/9/13 and CAS-227439 on 9/12/13.
I also note that your enquiry is not dissimilar in content to a further
request made by Whatdotheyknow which was lodged by Simon Wright on
21/3/2014 and issued with reference CAS-329427.
Under the terms of the act we are able to refuse a response where the
enquiry is identical to or largely similar to an enquiry made by the same
organisation and I have decided to so refuse in this specific instance. I
also wish to draw to your attention that repeated requests from the same
enquirer or organisation for information related to a single area of
interest may, under certain circumstances, be deemed vexatious and we can
refuse response on those grounds.
Nevertheless if you have a valid enquiry for data that has not be covered
to date I would ask that you submit that in accordance with the Act.
