Information Act to which I can provide the following response on behalf of
Harrogate and District NHS Foundation Trust.

the system take? We do not hold this information.

software? Not applicable.

     2.2. If the answer to question 2 is yes, how long did implementing
the system take? Not applicable.

the system(s) take? Initial implementation was, approximately, 1 year,
however, platform development is an ongoing piece of work.

     

10. Do you currently have a pharmacy stock management system installed?
Yes

     10.1. If the answer to question 10 is yes, who is the provider of
this software? Ascribe Pharmacy System Version 10.11

     10.2. If the answer to question 10 is yes, how long did implementing
the system take? Implementation of the current version took approximately
4 hours.

    

11. Do you currently have an e-prescribing solution installed? Yes.

     11.1. If the answer to question 11 is yes, who is the provider of
this software? CSC Healthcare Group.

     11.2. If the answer to question 11 is yes, how long did implementing
the system take? Approximately six months.

    

12. Do you currently have an electronic document and records management
solution installed? No

     12.1. If the answer to question 11 is yes, who is the provider of
this software? Not applicable.

     12.2. If the answer to question 11 is yes, how long did implementing
the system take? Not applicable.

    

13. If possible, please provide the associated costs of installing and
supporting each system individually. The Trust is unable to provide this
information as budgets are not disaggregated to this level.

 

Should you be dissatisfied with this response you are welcome to contact
me again for further information. In addition, under the terms of the
Freedom of Information Act 2000 you are also able to make a formal
complaint regarding the handling of this information request. Your
complaint will be handled in accordance with the Foundation Trust’s policy
