RESPONSE

 

Q1:         Which Human Capital Management (HCM) or HR system do you
currently use?

A1:         ITRENT

 

Q2:         What is the value & expiry date of your current
contract/licence? What are the extension options?

A2:         Expiry: 12/9/23, Extension options, 3 year option. 

              For value we claim exemption under Section 43 (2) of the
Freedom of Information Act 2000.  Please see below for details of the
exemption applied.

Q3:         How many HR system users do you have?

A3:         30

Q4:         Which Finance systems do you currently use?

A4:         Agresso

Q5:         What is the value & expiry date of your current
contract/licence? What are the extension options?

A5:         Expires: 01/01/23, Extension options, annual rolling renewal.

              For value we claim exemption under Section 43 (2) of the
Freedom of Information Act 2000.  Please see below for details of the
exemption applied.

Q6:         How many finance system users do you have?

A6:         100 excluding approval access only.

Q7:         Which Payroll systems do you currently use?

A7:         Our Payroll function is integrated into our HRM system.

Q8:         What is the value & expiry date of your current
contract/licence? What are the extension options?

A8:         As per A2 above.

Q9:         How many Payroll system users do you have?

A9:         4

 

Comm Sensitive Exemption -  for questions 2 and 5

We believe that the information requested is commercially sensitive. We
therefore claim an exemption under Section 43 (2) of the Freedom of
Information Act 2000 set out below:

(1) Information is exempt information if it constitutes a trade secret.
(2) Information is exempt information if its disclosure under this Act
would, or would be likely to, prejudice the commercial interests of any
person (including the public authority holding it).
(3) The duty to confirm or deny does not arise if, or to the extent that,
compliance with section 1(1)(a) would, or would be likely to, prejudice
the interests mentioned in subsection (2).

Our reason for claiming this exemption is because the information you have
requested would be likely to prejudice our commercial interests. There is
the possibility that our ability to secure new contracts at the best
possible terms, and thus ensure value for money in relation to the
expenditure of public funds, could be compromised.
