1. Do you have any software license contract renewal this year? If so, please provide details of vendor, title, renewal date, contract value and type of license eg concurrent or subscription to top 20 biggest software contracts.
2. Does your organization use any IDOX software?
3. How much was spent on last Idox software license contract? Can you break the value of the Idox contract for your each financial year individually?
4. What type of Idox license do you have? eg concurrent or subscription 5. Please provide details of person(s) involved in IT Software Budgeting.

FREEDOM OF INFORMATION REQUEST REF: 2016-0266

 

I am responding to your request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000,
which we received on 1 March 2016, for information held by the Council.
You requested:

 

1. Do you have any software license contract renewal this year? If so,
please provide details of vendor, title, renewal date, contract value and
type of license eg concurrent or subscription to top 20 biggest software
contracts.

 

The information is not held centrally by the ICT department, so requires
asking around.

 

VMware: various licence subscriptions for vSphere Enterprise, SRM and
Operations Suite. Due 20/12/2016. We don’t know the value as is the first
time we have extended/re-let this contract (the previous time was the
initial purchase), but we estimate between £10,000 & £15,000 per year.
